Design Policy

If you make changes to the wording or creative direction of your design after we have started additional charges will apply. Granted we want to create phenomenal designs for all our clients, but we do not design samples for customers that want to "see if they like the design first". If you give us a direction we will do our best to create it for you. If we don't do it right we will fix it. However if you request a specific creative direction and once the work is done you decide you don't like the design you are entitled to 2 color and or layout changes per order. This includes changing fonts, background colors, moving text, etc. This does not include redesigning the entire flyer. Likewise, if you give us no creative direction you are at the mercy of our designers. Revisions to text, adding logos, changing dates, venues, etc are subject to revision fees. Any changes above and beyond the two mentioned revisions will be billed accordingly. Ultimately USOA will determine what are complimentary revisions and what will be billed.

1. DESIGN POLICIES

Customers please note that it is our desire to provide quality design concepts and layouts. Please be aware that most standard layouts take 24 to 48 hours. Other concepts such as brochures, booklets, and small magazine layouts take at least 72 hours in order to produce layout drafts. In order to expedite matters please submit desired concepts, colors, any images or any desires visual collateral that may assist us in bringing your concept to life.

2. REVISIONS

USOA Inc only offers 3 minor revisions and we charge additional service fees for additional revisions. Be mindful that revisions, are generally done in a 24 hour time span. We charge an additional $25.00 if immediate revisions are needed.
